Caring for your hoops is very important to their longevity. All hoop earrings are costume jewelry unless otherwise stated.  Be sure to keep them free of water, oils, make-up, hair products or any other harsh chemicals. Keep your hoop earrings tucked away in your hoop baggies for added protection.

RETURNS/ EXCHANGES

Returns/exchanges are not accepted. If you have any problems with your hoop order, just shoot us an email and we will do our best to correct any errors as far as quality or condition upon arrival. 

SHIPPING

We ship within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed between Friday and Sunday will be shipped out on Monday. If that Monday happens to be a holiday, orders will ship the next day.
