RETURNS/ EXCHANGES
Returns/exchanges are not accepted. If you have any problems with your hoop order, just shoot us an email and we will do our best to correct any errors as far as quality or condition upon arrival.
SHIPPING
We ship within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed between Friday and Sunday will be shipped out on Monday. If that Monday happens to be a holiday, orders will ship the next day.
